Resources

I've created this section of the website to provide more detailed information about hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and success coaching.

Readers familiar with this website might recall when I had all the topics listed here on one page.  I'm in the process of adding a lot of new content, so I've broken this up into three different pages of links.  All the links are still divided amongst Hypnosis, Success Coaching and NLP.

You may also notice that some topics are listed more than once.  That's because that particular topic includes aspects of more than one category.

Please feel free to explore the following:

Concepts Series

The following links (or future links) are individual topics which come up during session sometimes.  Perhaps a client will ask about them, perhaps I'll need to explain some concept to help a client understand the obstacles they face.  Think of these topics like pieces of a big jigsaw puzzle, which together form a picture of how and why we do what we do (or in some cases, why we don't).  While I prefer to go through these topics with each client individually, it helps to have a library of resources for clients (or just those who are interested) to further their own education.  I offer these topics in that spirit.  If you have any questions about any of the below topics, feel free to Contact Me for more information.
